--------------------

The Bristol  Beaufighter comes from the family of Beaufort, Archetype made its first flight in July, 1939 And it will be declined in five main versions (Mk I, Mk II, Mk VI, Mk X and Mk 21).  He was the first night hunter equipped with a radar, he was also used as plane torpedo boat what it been worth the nickname of "Torbeau" in total it was constructed 5562 "Beau" any merged versions.  I would not deepen review more dress rehearsal of this inevitable aircraft of the second war but I would take interest, good on, on "Beau" having flown in French colours.  Beaufighter were at mechanic's school of the French air force on the air base of Rochefort/Mer in 1946-1947.

It was a real pleasure of putting together this model with this decoration " frenchouillarde " and I hope that she will please you and give you desire to make this splendid kit Hasegawa in various versions and decorations under which it flew.I address my gratitude to Serge " Loulou 04 " for the help of the realization of the nose and so once again to HERVÉ BRUN and Jean Jacques PETIT for their documentary help.
