I built Hasegawa's
Ki-43 "Oscar" kit using Eduard's photoetched detail set.

The markings came
from the box.
I found some great photos of the
cockpit on the web: http://www.nzfpm.co.nz/former/ki43i.htm .
I also added some wiring and linkages from fine wire. The Eduard set is quite
amazing. It includes the sidewall fromework, complete with lightening holes!

I painted my Hayabusa with Alcad
II metallics, using Future as a primer. I also glosscoated it with Future so
that I could apply enamel washes.
This is a very nice little
kit, and I will add more to my collection. Now, if I could just find some 1/48
Royal Thai Air Force markings so I could do one with the "Tiger
Stripe" camo . . .
