This is the second time THIS model has been on ARC. The first time was Canada Day 2006. Over the past 10 years the model has become noticeably wrong on the shelf. Wrong markings for the airframe style and the simple fact I did not do a good job covering the original gun turret hole.

Very recently you saw the new B-25 VIP from the RCAF. As this model was a gift it HAD to be re-purposed. The most unique Idea I could find was of a target tug. Lots of yellow with black stripes. I only found one drawing with an actual airframe number. So that is the version I decided to model. Only change I made was to adapt the original ML o G side code to the earliest era I like to model, the AB plus 3 version.

The real ML o 326 was flown from CFB Trenton as a target tug from the early to mid 50s. Not the best looking model on the shelf but it certainly is bright and noticeable.  The last photo shows what this model looked like 2 days before the new paint job was finished. Neat thing about the silver rock chips on the black paint. That is just the way the tape peeled after I painted the model. I could not have painted better "ripped" paint if I tried so I just left it as it was.
