Here is my Academy's
1/48th P-47D Thunderbolt.

The model was finished
using Alclad II lacquers and Tamiya acrylics. I used Eduard Zoom
photoetched parts for some detailing and the markings are from
Aeromaster's Thunderbolts of the 404 Pt.III
The model tries to represent the
P-47D "Rae" flown by Major Hal G. Shook from 506FS, 404FG.
