This is my
Hasegawa 1/48 scale Mitsubishi A6M2b Type 21 Carrier Fighter. The paint
is a mixture of Testors Model Master IJN Grey and Floquil Railroad Concrete.

The markings
are a combination of Hasegawa and Tamiya kit decals and depict a fighter
aboard the carrier Akagi during the Hawaiian Operation.
To make the
model a little more interesting, I opened the cowl flaps, added landing gear
position indicators and openedone of the footpegs on the port side.
Panel lines were drawn with a drafting pencil the chipped paint on the cowl
was done with a colored
pencil.
