Pretty much stock Monogram 48th kit.  Decals also.  Challenge here (and with other tactical gray schemes) is to match paint colors to decal shades of gray -- be they right or wrong.

A truly accurate Skyhawk would have clear lenses over red/green navigation lights.  Much easier to paint the edge of the wingtip red or green...
