Israeli F-15C "Baz" built from the 1/48 Hasegawa F-15J

The kit is the Hasegawa 1/48 F-15J built OOB except for the markings. Externally the F-15J is the same as an F-15C so I substituted the Japanese markings for the ones from the Cutting Edge Israeli F-15 Baz sheet. The kit stencils were in Japanese so I robbed the stencils from another F-15C kit that I had. Next time I will try and get some aftermarket stencils because the Hasegawa stencils are very thick.

I primed the kit with Floquil Primer and then I wanted to try panel line shading so I preshaded the panel lines with Gunze RLM 75 gray. I let that dry for a couple of days. I then sprayed the whole kit with Aeromaster Light Ghost Gray. Well everywhere I sprayed the Aeromaster paint over the preshaded panels the underlying Gunze paint cracked. So I ended up sanding the whole kit down and repainting it with all Model Master Enamel. The Metal areas are SNJ and the burners are Metalizer.
